Construction underway!

We FINALLY got our construction permit and started work this week! Our contractor estimates 16 weeks for the work to be done, which puts us on a tentative timeline for an opening sometime in November. That also means that visible changes will happen more frequently - making it more fun for me to post updates more frequently! Stay tuned for more regular check-ins about the buildout process.
